How does your subscription service work?
Access to the Trove Intelligence platform comes as an annual subscription service. Clients receive a dedicated account manager who ensures the platform is being fully utilised, and is available to answer any market-based or logistical questions clients have. Clients also have access to our senior analysts.
How is Trove different to other data providers?
Trove provides investor grade data of the highest quality and accuracy. We have relationships with stakeholders across the voluntary carbon market, including a multitude of key entities throughout the supply chain as well as buy-side organisations. We also have a large India-based team who are focused on primary data collection, and provide us with unique market coverage and unrivalled insights.
Where is Trove Research based?
Trove Research is based in central London (near Aldgate), but we also have offices in Bengaluru and São Paulo. We plan to open offices in the US and Asia soon. We also have a number of remote staff based in other countries around the world.
How can I make a complaint?
In accordance with Trove’s core values, we respect and listen to the views of our clients and other external stakeholders, even when their views differ from our own. We aim to learn from those with alternative views to challenge ourselves and constantly improve our services and culture.
